Sage 200 Suite

Overview

In line with Sage's strategy of offering suites of software, the Sage 200 Suite offers software to manage a wide range of business processes. Typically it is used by businesses with a turnover of £1m - £10m, but it will also be suitable for many other organisations with complex operational processes.

Many elements of the suite have evolved over a long period of time; for example, Sage 200 Financials and Commercials are based on Sage MMS, a tried and tested system available for some years. Likewise, Sage 200 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been available for many years as standalone CRM software.

New! Sage 200 2009 now released

We are delighted to announce that the eagerly awaited annual release of the Sage 200 Suite - Sage 200 2009 is now available. The 2009 version focuses on strengthening the existing Suite proposition, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, usability and making life easier for Sage 200 customers. The key themes of this release are:

 

  • Introducing Sage Payment Solutions
  • Information Management - the introduction of workspaces with this release is an integral part of the information management strategy. Making information within the Suite more available to users in their day to day roles.
  • Project Accounting new features and enhancements.
  • Improved integration between Sage 200 and Sage 200 CRM
  • Improved usability

How the Sage 200 Suite works

The basis of the suite is the Sage 200 Platform which includes the following 'core' software:

  • Sage 200 Financials - to manage your accounting processes
  • Sage 200 CRM - managing processes across sales, marketing, service and support teams 
  • Sage 200 Integration Manager - manages synchronisation between different areas of the system

Further software from the suite can then be added to this platform, including:

The basic Sage 200 Platform comes enabled for one Financials user and one CRM user. Beyond that you can add different numbers of users to the CRM module, the Web Time and Expenses module, and to the rest of the system.
